Overview
The goal was simple. Create a professional lead generation real estate website design. The client wanted a website platform that would expand with their needs, and that would be easy to maintain.
By using WordPress with the Genesis Framework, we were able to quickly customize a professional mobile responsive theme to fit the branding for Reliance Mortgage Company. We chose to showcase the brand’s bright color scheme for the Dallas, TX audience and focused the design on beautiful client-provided photography. Real photos help their clients connect in an authentic way to the company.
The lead generation form on the home page makes it super easy for visitors to send their information to the team, and Reliance does an excellent job of following up on each and every one of those leads. In addition, the online loan application simplified the process and made obtaining a loan from Reliance much easier than their less tech-savvy competitors.
