The COVID-19 situation is unprecedented, and we’ve been helping our small to medium-sized businesses and nonprofits in whatever way we can. We’ve had late-night phone calls, strategy sessions, and helped our clients pivot their businesses in response to changing daily life.
Since our founding in 2001, Develare’s IT infrastructure has always been setup to work from anywhere. Whether working in the office, from home, or while traveling, office closures do not affect our productivity.
Several years ago, we implemented a Flexible Paid Time Off policy (PTO) for all full-time employees and full-time contractors. We trust our team, and they trust us. If a team member gets sick or needs to step away for personal reasons, Develare’s distributed team, and process-based culture allow us to shift the workload quickly.
